I look back on my life and my past struggles with meal prep, meal planning and always falling into routine of unhealthy food because that was what I was use to and it was my autopilot mode. This had a ripple effect, I would then feel guilty for my choices, felt shame for not making the right choices, would feel a lack of trust because I never had enough willpower to stick to it. I always felt like I didn’t have time and I was doing the best I could.

I went to my first salad in a jar party about two, maybe three years ago and have fallen in love with the convenience it provides and how stinking good they taste! I love gathering with friends for a quick hour to blast out meals for our week.

I found that by eating these salads- I had more energy, I loved the feeling of nourishing my body with healthy meals and it had a positive ripple effect that improved my mood and happiness. I share in this episode what a salad in a jar power hour looks like and why I think it’s important to implement an effective system into your daily routine. Maybe for you, it’s not salads. But, maybe you are obsessed with this idea and can see yourself having a party where you live.
