When we are on this transformation journey to stop living our life on autopilot, we see areas in our life that is no longer serving us and we are ready to change. We have a vision in our life of what we are working towards, but we often times are left in a position where we still have no clue on how to get to point A to point B. That’s where my podcast comes in. It’s not quick, it’s not easy, but there are so many little tools and tweaks that we can add into our daily routine to start transitioning out of our autopilot mode and into our best most authentic self.
I catch myself using this phrase often during my day when I’m faced with choices and decisions. Who do I need to be to ______? A few examples I go over this podcast are:
Who do I need to be to overcome my addiction to sugar?
Who do I need to be to start eating healthy and not treat my body like a garbage can?
Who do I need to be to live on a lighter frame?
Who do I need to be to move my body out of love and not out of punishment?
Who do I need to be to eat for nutrition and energy and not out of fear?
Who do I need to be to not have feelings of anxiety rule my life?
Action Step:What are three things that are really bothering you today? Journal them out and then be curious- who would I need to be in order to _____?
