I never have enough time.
I can’t do that.
There is no way that is going to fit into my schedule.
I just can’t seem to do it all.
Why can’t I figure this out?
Do you ever feel like everyone else has the time management thing all perfect and you are lagging behind thinking holy moly…. I seriously have so much to do and so LITTLE time to do it. AHHH!!! Raise the hand…. ME!!!
Here is one thing that I’ve started that truly has helped me. It’s not massive, it’s a tiny microstep that can easily be embodied during your day and I hope that it helps you as much as it has helped me!
Action Step: Brain dump everything you have on your mind right now that you would like to do. Now, take out your calendar, note section in your phone and mark down two things for each day that you WILL do. Only two. Don’t go cray-cray and mark down 15 things to do each day because let’s be realistic… how has that worked out for you in the past. Then- each day when you rock out the two things.. notice how good it feels that you accomplished the two things!! Whoo Hoo!!!
