39: HOLIDAY GOODIES AND EMOTIONAL EATING/BINGE EATING/ OVEREATING



Holiday season- there are cookies, fudge, baked goods, bars, candy galore!! If you struggle with sugar, food and control- this is a nightmare and can literally stress you out.

In the past I knew that I shouldn’t be constantly thinking about the goods and when to eat it, how much should I eat or when I should stop.

I knew that I shouldn’t depend on the sugar rush the sweets would provide in order to get through the chaos.

But, I had no idea how this would ever end. What would my life look like not turning to sugar/ sweets or even worse… what if I didn’t eat those foods and never tasted that yumminess… how boring!

But, I longed for a different life where my mind would be at peace with sweets and food and where it would no longer feel like a battle.

Action Step:   Get curious, do you struggle with sugar? With food? With overeating? Do you desire change?
